1. Collect Your Order in Person (Recommended)
You are welcome to collect your order directly from our workshop.
Benefits:
- Inspect your order before collection.
- Verify quantities and specifications.
- Receive all required documents.
- Immediate handover with no third-party handling.
2. Send Your Own Motorcycle Rider or Online Cab
You may send your preferred delivery service, such as:
- Motorcycle rider
- Online cab
- Courier
This option is recommended only for items whose value and size are suitable for this type of transport.
Before dispatch:
- The rider must identify themselves.
- The rider should confirm the collection details.
- The customer assumes responsibility once the goods have been handed over to their chosen rider.
3. Delivery by Our Trusted Transport Team (Recommended)
For higher-value, bulky, or sensitive orders, we recommend using our trusted delivery team.
This helps:
- Reduce the risk of theft or loss.
- Ensure safe handling of fabricated steel products.
- Provide direct communication between our workshop and the customer.
- Give both parties peace of mind during transportation.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are agreed in advance before dispatch.
Both parties will confirm:
- Delivery destination.
- Delivery method.
- Total delivery cost.
- Which party will pay the transport charges.
No shipment will be dispatched until these arrangements have been agreed upon.
5. Upcountry & Long-Distance Deliveries
For customers located outside Nairobi or in other counties, orders can be dispatched through:
- Route matatus
- Registered parcel companies
- Other approved transport providers
Each shipment will be accompanied by:
- An official company receipt (where applicable).
- A Delivery Note.
- Consignment or parcel receipt issued by the transport company.
The customer will be informed once the parcel has been handed over and provided with the relevant transport details for collection.
6. Delivery Note (Important)
Before any order leaves our workshop, ensure that a Delivery Note has been prepared and issued.
The Delivery Note should include:
- Customer name
- Order number (if applicable)
- Description of items
- Quantity
- Date of dispatch
- Collection or delivery method
- Customer or rider acknowledgment (where applicable)
Please verify that all items listed on the Delivery Note match your order before leaving the workshop or accepting delivery.
