If you are unable to visit, we can arrange a live WhatsApp video call so you can see our workshop in real time.
During the video call, we can show you:

- Machines and fabrication equipment.
- Current production work.
- Finished products.
- Your order (if already in production).

You are also welcome to send your own trusted rider, courier, friend, or company representative to our workshop.
They can:
- Verify that our workshop exists.

- Collect your order when it is ready (if instructed).
This is an excellent option for customers ordering from outside Nairobi who want independent verification before making payment.
